Prenatal yoga is a nurturing 60 minute class that includes postures and breathing practices to help prepare for labor and child birth by emphasizing focus through the breath to connect with your baby. Build strength & flexibility, improve stamina & circulation and develop a sense of calm & harmony.  Restorative postures are included to reduce the effects of fatigue and nausea.


 Breathing / Pranayama – These powerful techniques ensure the abundant supply of oxygen and a better life force for you and your child.
 Mudras and Bandhas – The psycho-physical stimulation of these gestures and locks have powerful effects on a woman’s reproductive organs.

 Deep Relaxation – Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) is particularly effective during pregnancy for physical and mental relaxation as well as for childbirth preparation.
Meditation – As a therapeutic tool, meditation will help you resolve the deepest of fears and conflicts & help you connect  deeper with your child in a special way.

Casual: $15 per class
10 class pass: $120 ($12 per class)
